Also, in Greek mythology, there's this lady named Cassandra who can see the future, but one of the Greek gods cursed her so that no one would believe her predictions. Professor Trelawney's grandmother's name is Cassandra. BOOM!

I looked it up and JK said that "the Horcrux-receptacle has to be destroyed beyond repair, so Harry would need to have died."

Okay, can we just acknowledge for a second that Luna Lovegood is like, actually as wise Professor McGonagall but nobody cares cuz she's 'weird'. Round of applause for Luna, please.

Oh my goodness! I'm rereading Harry Potter for the third time, and I was wondering if anyone else just realized; in the third book (I LOVE PoA!!!!) its Christmas time so everyone is sitting at the same table for dinner. Dumbledore gets up to seat Trelawney, but she freaks out, saying "When thirteen dine together, the first to rise is the first to die." Except... Scabbers was in Ron's pocket. Scabbers, otherwise known as Peter Pettigrew. So there were already thirteen people at the table. And Dumbledore got up. Mind BLOWN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I have a question I'd like to ask J.K. Rowling. How come when Harry Potter is bitten by the basilisk, the horcrux inside him isn't destroyed? I need to know!!!!!!!!!!
